California Wildfire Relief FAQ

Customers in need should fill out the Wildfire Relief Inquiry Form. In doing so, you will be connected with a member of our dedicated disaster relief team who will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your needs and available assistance options.

BayFirst offers deferred loan payments, emergency low-interest loans, and assistance with existing accounts to help impacted customers. Our dedicated Disaster Relief Team will work to find you a personalized solution.

Get started by visiting the SBA's Disaster Loan Assistance portalcompleting the online application, and providing the necessary documentation, including financial statements and proof of disaster-related losses.

Businesses located in the Greater Los Angeles area may be eligible for both state and federal disaster assistance, including SBA Disaster Loans and grants from local authorities.

If you are unable to make regular loan payments due to the recent wildfires, please reach out to our Disaster Relief Team at DisasterRelief@BayFirstfinancial.com. We'll discuss options such as payment deferral or restructuring to ease the burden during this difficult time.
