Rosa Sam

Rosa Sam is an experienced mortgage professional with more than 7 years of experience.  Her hard work ethic and vast knowledge are based on many years of helping first-time home buyers.
Rosa was born and raised in Lima Peru and earned her bachelor’s degree in education which she initially used to become a Spanish teacher, this experience allowed her to work as a bilingual specialist and to better guide Spanish-speaking clients through the extensive mortgage process in both markets.  She is also familiar with an array of lending programs including FHA, VA, Conventional mortgage loans.  
Rosa has a beautiful family of 3 sons and one small Yorkie.  She loves enjoying her off time with her family on the weekends and holidays.
