Banking Centers Now Drive-thru or Appointment Only

Banking Center Access Limited Starting March 21

To help limit the exposure and spread of COVID-19 through our community and further ensure the safety of our customers and employees, BayFirst is switching to appointment and drive-thru only for all banking centers starting Saturday, March 21st. During this difficult time when health recommendations are changing daily, we are still here for you and whatever comes next.

What does this mean for you?

As of Saturday, BayFirst will serve customers primarily through drive-thru window service and by appointment in our banking centers. For in-person service, please make an appointment by contacting your relationship manager directly or by calling your local banking center. We ask that if you are feeling under the weather that you stay home and consider handling your banking needs over the phone or via our Online or Mobile Banking technology.

Do you have Online and Mobile Banking?

We’ve recently upgraded our Online and Mobile Banking experiences to offer you a better way to digitally manage your finances. You can access your accounts from your home PC or smartphone by logging on through our website or by downloading our app. If you need assistance getting started, please don’t hesitate to call your local banking center directly.
