The St. Petersburg Museum of History has been sharing the stories of the Sunshine City for over 100 years!
Kids Club members can see the world’s largest collection of autographed baseballs, explore a 3,000-year-old Egyptian mummy, and gaze up at the world’s first airliner hanging from the ceiling. Our hometown museum holds the mysteries and stories that explain the uniqueness, and weirdness of Florida.

August 2, 2025 - Tampa Bay Watch
At Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center on the St. Pete Pier, visitors learn about the local ecosystem and Tampa Bay Watch’s past and current work to restore it. The exhibit gallery features interactive displays, live animals, and a touch tank.

September 6, 2025 - Big Cat Habitat
Big Cat Habitat and Gulf Coast Sanctuary is a large-animal rescue in eastern Sarasota County. Founded in 1987, Big Cat is home to dozens of exotic animals, offers a place to live for animals in need, and works to educate the public about animal care and conservation.

Smugglers Cove features 18 holes of adventure-style golf bringing golfers through a pirate ship, caves, waterfalls, and live alligators! Each golf course has an educational American alligator exhibit that is home to 20-30 American alligators that visitors can actually feed!
